Website Design Terms & Conditions

By placing an order with ZHIGS Web Solution you confirm that you are in agreement with and bound by the terms and conditions below.

ZHIGS: Web Solution

General

ZHIGS Web Solution will carry out work only where an agreement is provided either by email or post (any written agreements). ZHIGS Web Solution will carry out work only for clients who are 18 years of age or above. An ‘order’ is deemed to be a written contract between ZHIGS Web Solution and the client this includes email or any written agreements.

Website Design

ZHIGS Web Solution cannot take responsibility for any copyright infringements caused by materials submitted by the client. We reserve the right to refuse any material of a copyrighted nature unless adequate proof is given of permission to use such material.

Clients agrees to provide any needed information and contetent required by ZHIGS Web Solution in good time to enable ZHIGS Web Solution to complete a design or site work as part of an agreed project.

Any other services on the order which have not been included in the invoice do not form part of the contract. The client agrees to check the details of the invoice are correct and should print and keep a copy for their records.

A deposit of 35% is required with any standard project and 50% for database driven projects before any design work will be carried out.

Due to the high standard of ZHIGS Web Solution web design we have the confidence to guarantee all our web design work 100%. Once we have completed the design, you will have the opportunity to view the site for approval. If at this time you are not completely satisfied with the appearance of your web design. If the design we provide does not exceed your expectations, ZHIGS Web Solution will continue to work on your site at no additional charge until it does.

Once a website has been completed, and the client is 100% satisfied with the project (site, design) the final balance of payment is then due in accordance with our payment terms. There are no exceptions to this, i.e if the client decides they no longer want the site, as they have commissioned the work and paid a deposit they are still obliged to pay for the work that has been done. Once full payment is received for a website, it is assumed that the project has been completed to the clients satisfaction and no refunds can be offered. We do offer free updates for a month after completion to allow for any final amendments that may be required.

Payment of Accounts

A deposit is required from any new client before any work is carried out. Once a deposit is paid and work completed you are obliged to pay the balance of payment in full. We will contact clients via email and telephone to remind them of such payments.

Please note that the deposit is not refundable once the first part of the project has been agreed by customer.

Complaints Procedure

Anyone who experiences a problem with their web service provided by ZHIGS Web Solution should raise the matter directly using our online contact form to do so, giving sufficient information to locate the material (such as an url) and clearly outlining the grounds for complaint.

ZHIGS Web Solution will approach the individual responsible for the material in question with a view to resolving the matter to the satisfaction of the complainant.
